Jimi Hendrix and Mick Jagger... the resemblances are striking!

So, you may have read the post that my mom did about "Who is Bob Dylan". Well, last night my mom took my dad to the Bob Dylan concert. May I first say how nice it was of my mom to go get tickets and take my dad to a concert that she had no interest in simply because she heard him say he'd "maybe like to see him". That is so nice... she's the best mommy in the world, and the best girlfriend in the world too (I know because I've heard my dad say that many times).

Well I have a very funny story... my dad told me this morning.

Last night my dad was explaining to mom that he wanted to stay and here Bob play "All Along the Watchtower" because he knew it was one of the encore songs. The conversation went like this (D= Dad and M=Mom).

D: Baby do you know that song?
M: No... but everyone has commented about it on my blog. I know it was re-mixed by somebody... Jimi Hendrix, right?

D: Yeah baby... you know who that is right?

M: Um.... he's... he's... wait, I know. He's that guy that looks like the guy from the Rolling Stones right? What's that guys name? Mick Jagger! Yeah, he's the guy that looks like Mick Jagger, right?

How cute is that? My mom thought Jimi Hendrix looked like Mick Jagger. I guess they could be said to look somewhat alike, right? Well... you be the judge.
