Many have asked me, "Runt, what do you look for in a good resume?", and my answer is always the same. "Your resume, to be highly effective, should include a link to a video of yourself and your thoughts on success. Best if you include actual video of yourself lifting weight, playing tennis, and dancing in a tight black outfit".
